Ensemble pour les familles translates into Together for Families. The meaning is defined in the desire to work hand in hand and in collaboration with organizations and all parties involved in the well-being of our future: children, teenagers and their families.

Since 2010, Mélanie Dugas and Manon Vicky Gauthier have been offering training to educators and professionals in various fields: schools, daycare centers, CSSS, etc.

In 2015, they founded Ensemble pour les familles to offer services to meet the specific needs of Indigenous communities. They have offered consulting services and numerous trainings in more than thirty organizations located in  communities or in urban areas. Their team has grown over the years and now includes seven trainers with complementary expertise.

Mélanie Dugas

Mélanie started out as an early childhood educator and later pursued university studies in education. Her creativity, sense of humour and storytelling skills make her a particularly captivating trainer! She will co-host the training vignettes and participate in the follow-ups offered to participants.

Manon Vicky Gauthier

Manon is a special education technician who loves challenges! She has extensive experience in primary and secondary schools and specializes in severe behavioural disorders. She will be involved in the follow-ups offered to participants.

Josée Filion

Josée is a special educator who has worked with people with disabilities, children with learning disabilities, and people with autism spectrum disorders. She will co-host the training vignettes and participate in the follow-ups offered to participants.
